1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website reviewAI.legal (the “Website”), operated by provaznik.legal s. r. o., located at Suché mýto 1, 811 03 Bratislava (“ReviewAI.legal”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, the user (“User”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If the User does not agree with any provision of these Terms, the User is expressly prohibited from using the Website and must immediately discontinue such use.

2. Description of Services

ReviewAI.legal operates a platform that facilitates the submission of legal inquiries and associated documentation by Users. Following the review, the User will receive a quotation for legal services from an independent legal professional (“Lawyer”). It is expressly understood that ReviewAI.legal’s role is limited to providing the platform; all subsequent communication, engagement, and the provision of legal services are solely between the User and the Lawyer, and occur entirely outside the scope of the Website.

3. User Representations and Warranties

The User represents and warrants the following:

  • That all information and documentation submitted to the Website is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
  • That the User possesses the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to engage a Lawyer.
  • That the User will utilize the Website solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.
  • That the User will maintain the confidentiality of their email address and any other credentials used to access the Website.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

  • ReviewAI.legal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The AI review and any quotation provided through the Website are for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as legal advice or a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified Lawyer.
  • ReviewAI.legal makes no representations or warranties regarding the competence, qualifications, or ethical conduct of any Lawyer listed on or contacted through the Website. ReviewAI.legal shall not be liable for any advice, services, or omissions of any Lawyer.
  • In no event shall ReviewAI.legal be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Website, the AI review, the engagement of a Lawyer, or these Terms, even if ReviewAI.legal has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to the AI software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of ReviewAI.legal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the Website solely for its intended purpose. The User shall not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Website or its content without the express written consent of ReviewAI.legal.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovakia.

  • The Lawyer selected to provide you with a quotation.
